Asian Style Chilli Beef Skewers
Ingredients
- 1kg AACo rump steak
- ⅓ cup plum sauce
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Skewers
Servings: 6
Method
- Cut steaks into cubes, slicing across the grain.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
- Thread beef onto skewers, taking care to leave some space between each piece, so that they will cook evenly.
- Cook skewers in batches on a barbeque or oiled frying pan until browned on all sides and cooked to your liking.
